General Policy


At Sandro Jewelry, we want you to love your purchase. If you need to exchange an item or request store credit, please contact us at sandrojewelryllc@gmail.com within seven (7) days of receiving your item. The following conditions apply for all exchanges or store credit requests:


The request must include the original packaging (boxes, bags, or any other included materials), the purchase receipt, and a brief explanation of the reason for the exchange or store credit.

All requests must be initiated within seven (7) days of receipt.


Return Process


Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

Returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of receipt.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please include your order number on the outside of the package.

Returns can also be made at our physical store location.

Condition of Returned Items


Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will receive either an e-gift card for store credit or a notification of replacement merchandise within 3 to 6 business days.

Items not in acceptable condition, damaged, or missing parts may result in a denial of the request.

Refused deliveries without prior consent will incur return shipping charges.


Unauthorized Returns


Items returned without prior approval or that do not meet the return conditions will not be accepted. For questions, please email sandrojewelryllc@gmail.com


Damages and Issues


Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@sandrojewelry.com so we can address the issue promptly.

For packages reported as delivered but not received, contact us. Claims with the shipping carrier can only be filed after 20 days from the shipment date. Sandro Jewelry is not responsible for lost packages.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items


Sale items, gift cards, and custom pieces are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

All sales are final for discounted items.

Exchanges


To exchange an item, return the original item following our process. Once approved, you can place a separate order for the new item.


Refunds

We do not offer refunds. All sales are final, and refunds are not available under any circumstances.
